Title & closing

A closing is a process, not a single appointment.

See how the pieces move from contract and intake through title review, signing, funding, recording, and policy delivery.

The path to closing

Five connected stages.

01

Contract & intake

Gather the agreement, property details, parties, timing, and the right points of contact.

02

Title & lien review

Examine public records and identify requirements, liens, ownership questions, or title issues.

03

Coordination & resolution

Connect the parties, information, and issue-resolution steps needed to move forward.

04

Documents & signing

Prepare for the closing documents, figures, approvals, and signing process.

05

Funding, recording & policy

Coordinate final funds and recording, then support post-closing and policy delivery steps.

This is a general illustration, not a promise of timing or sequence. Requirements vary by transaction.

Two legal identities

Clear about who is doing what.

Ramon, Rodriguez & Blanco-Herrera, LLP

May provide legal advice and real-estate legal services when the firm accepts an engagement. The specific attorneys, office, and approved service scope require confirmation.

Avenue Title LLC

May provide title, escrow, and closing functions where properly authorized. Its ownership, relationship to the firm, licensing, underwriters, coverage area, and service scope require confirmation.

Required before publication: Replace these conditional descriptions with a verified entity-and-services disclosure. Engagement and transaction documents should also identify the responsible provider.

Start with a conversation

Tell us what happened. We’ll help identify the appropriate next step.

Call or send a brief, non-confidential email. Contacting the firm does not create an attorney-client relationship, and representation begins only after a written engagement agreement is signed.
